Ana, Yes, we do have a return policy! To our knowledge, FAB is the ONLY bridal retailer in the country who allows brides to EXCHANGE a wedding gown purchased during a FABulous Bridal Affair. There are NO REFUNDS! But we do allow exchanges (for another wedding gown only – for the original purchaser) when the original tags are still on the gown, if it has NOT been worn, altered, or cleaned, AND with the original sales receipt. We understand that many times brides-to-be will purchase a gown and then lose a substantial amount of weight, making alteration prices soar, or a beach wedding suddenly becomes a formal affair and the gown is no longer appropriate. Stephanie, our gowns begin as low as $99 (we actually sold one in Los Angeles last week for $89). It’s so hard to determine what “perfect” means to you, as every bride who purchases her gown, whether spending $99 or $2,999, buys what to her is the “perfect gown.” However, most brides purchase a gown under $500 during our gown sale. When you attend the Portland show, be sure to ask for Fran, as she will make sure a knowledgeable team member can help you shop! We certainly don’t want you to leave disappointed! Hi Fran. You guys are coming to Portland, yay! Question, I’m trying to decide if my chances of finding a dress are better Friday night or Sat morning. Do you replenish after hours? Or is it really best Friday, becuase all your dress are out. Thank you!
Jennifer, you ask a great question! And the answer is a real clear ‘maybe’! Because our main warehouses are here in the Portland area, we are easily able to restock overnight, but only if we have a need to do so. However, I will tell you that if you like shopping in not quite so BUSY an atmosphere, you would want to come Friday evening, as there will likely be less brides shopping between 5 and 8 pm, than will be in line on Saturday morning! AND by Friday evening, I will know whether or not we need to restock and can tell you then what is still available in the warehouse, in your size, and the style you are searching for. Looking forward to seeing you there!

I am very low income and I have been having a hard time finding the “perfect” gown for my June wedding.
I want to come to this event, but would hate to leave disappointment due to cost.
